Let the Adventure Begin
Every one is blogging these days…… (the word blogging is so new that my Windows 98 Word program things it misspelled.!!!!!) So I’m going main stream. The point is the ADVENTURE of the next ten months…. For at the completion of this adventure I’ll be 60. I get that many have gone before me….but you see I never had any trauma about getting older….I don’t even think I ever noticed that I wasn’t still 30… so this thought 60 seems like it’s coming out of no where.

What was the trigger…… Libby Ledbetter? My current job wishes and whoa(s)? the state of my major relationship? Or some notion that I had in earlier years of what 60 was going to look like? Whatever it’s origins it’s come as a jolt that I don’t have a CLUE on what and how to nourish this vessel that I breathe through. It’s not that I don’t understand nutrition…it’s the 59years and 2months and 23days of indulgence and deprivation that bring me to this conclusions
Twelve years ago I gave up dieting…. It had become the source of self emotional abuse with that out of the way…her comes 25lbs!!!!! lol (I love the sense of humor from the divine) Fast forward to last Monday….and I made a commitment to myself as solemn as the one to stop dieting that I will begin to create health for this being’s home. I had a brilliant idea ….I’d get conscious to what I put in the sugarhole. I wrote down everything I ate for the day. That seem to go the same way as the dieting…..I could not stop stuffing that orifice. I ate so much I was sick… the details of which I will spare you.
In recent times I’ve discovered, Red meat has always liked me so much it doesn’t want to leave: that dairy bloats me: and my beloved caffeine and chocolate aggravate what I’m told is GERD.
So while I trod forward toward this unseen future…..I thought I’d invite you on the ride. I’m going to get Probiotics on pay day…..me thinks that’s like yogurt without the cow. Pray for me that this won’t have the effects of dieting or writing down what gets stuffed in my sugarhole. There’s probably a metaphor in there somewhere.
I’ll keep you posted
